Here at Castlewood Loft Ladders Ltd we will always check your loft insulation and recommend an upgraded to the current minimum regulation thickness of 270mm before we board your loft. Not only will this help keep your home warm but will also help you save money on your energy bills.
Our boarding is always raised to allow air flow. This is either a timber frame or on 300mm loft stilts to ensure new builds less than 10 years old keep their NHBC warranty.
We also provide roof insulation; this thin reflective foil insulation is dual purpose. By keeping the warm air in and the cold air out in the winter and keeping the cool air in and the warm air out in the summer. It also keeps the loft clean and protects your stored items from dust and debris.
